Jakob Lehr has been a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Economics at the University of Mannheim since January 2023. He works at the Chair of Quantitative Economics and is a member of the Collaborative Research Center TR 224.
Jakob has a broad interest in applied microeconomics. His current work is in empirical environmental economics, primarily based on firm-level data.
Before coming to Mannheim, Jakob completed his dissertation at the University of Kiel and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in December 2022. He holds a M.Sc. in economics from the University of Mannheim and a B.Sc. from Humboldt University, Berlin.
