Prof. Miren Azkarate-Askasua, Ph.D.
Miren Azkarate-Askasua is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Mannheim. Her research interests lie at the intersection of Macroeconomics and Labor Economics with a special focus on labor market power, worker mobility, human capital accumulation and the measurement of inequality.
She was a Max Weber Fellow in Economics at the European University Institute (Italy) and she earned her Ph.D. at Toulouse School of Economics (France) in 2020.
