The Mannheim University Library offers regular courses on scientific literature search for economists.
Each semester we offer different courses like “Business Studies and Economics: Library Basics” and “Literature Search for Business Studies and Economics”. There are also courses for using statistical databases and reference management systems.
For detailed information on the current courses please have a look at the section of the University Library within the course overview at the student portal or at the Bachelor course catalog from the Department of Economics.
Note: All of these courses are an additional offer to the required course “Einführung in die wissenschaftliche Literaturrecherche und Datenbanken” included in the module “Wissenschaftliches Arbeiten” as a part of the Bachelor program in Economics, 2nd semester.
