I completed my doctoral degree in Mannheim in 2007, my advisor was Axel Börsch-Supan. After spending three years as a post-doc at the VU University Amsterdam I moved back to Mannheim in the wake of Gerard van den Berg in early 2010. I am a research fellow of Netspar and of the Munich Center for the Economics of Aging.
